Well those are some of the worlds we could use to describe this years Fall2009 NewYork Fashion Week (yes i know a tad bit late but whats wrong with being late.. as long as your fashionable) Desginers drapped their dress,mini skirts and even your basic tops and layering them making them not only appealing but glamours with an effortless flow to it ..
